2. Conclusion of contract
(1) The customer can select from the range of products and these "Add to Cart" in a so-called cart collect on the button. Clicking on the “Buy” button is a binding offer to buy the goods in the basket. Before submitting the order, the customer can view and change the order at any time. The seller then sends the customer an automatic order confirmation by e-mail, in which the order is listed and can be printed. The order confirmation does not constitute binding acceptance of the order. The purchase contract is for payment method when paying in advance / bank transfer, credit card, invoice or in installments not already with this Order confirmation of order, but only after sending a separate e-mail with an order confirmation or delivery of the goods. When paying by PayPal, the contract is already concluded with a money order by the customer.
(2) The contract will be filed by the seller and sent to the customer together with the effective terms and conditions after the conclusion by e-mail.

3. Delivery of title
(1) The delivery time for deliveries within Germany is indicated on the respective supply side. The beginning of the delivery period shall be determined (depending on the chosen payment method) to paragraphs 2 to 5
(2) If payment in advance / bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, the delivery period begins one day after effecting the payment instruction. For all other payment methods period begins one day after the order.
(3) the following delivery times apply for deliveries outside of Germany:

(4) Where the starting period or end date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, then move the starting time and end time on to the following working day.
(5) The delivery is exclusively to the countries listed and under the restrictions or specified types of delivery specified in the shipping cost overview.
(6) The delivery is subject to the proper self-supply.

4. Purchase price and shipping costs

(1) The prices are total prices in euro and include VAT. Temporary promotions or discounts will be shown as such in the presentation of each product on our website.

(2) Our Shipping costs are provided in addition to the final prices of the respective invoiced goods.

(3) There is no additional costs incurred when the customer orders by means of distance communication.

5. Payment arrangements and costs for payments

(1) The buyer may make payments in advance via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, invoice or installments. For international orders, the seller accepts payment by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.
(2) if applicable the cost of the selected payment means are displayed in the virtual shopping basket and on the table "cash".
(3) If payment is in advance via bank transfer there are no additional costs to the customer. When paying by credit card there are no additional costs to the customer. When paying via PayPal there are no additional costs to the customer. When paying by invoice with Klarna, there is an additional costs to the customer of  € 1.95. When paying by installments with Klarna there is an additional cost to the customer of € 1.95.

6. Right of cancellation for consumers as well as model withdrawal form
a) Right of withdrawal
Consumers - that is, any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes which can be attributed mainly neither commercial nor their independent vocational activity - can have their contract with remuneration contracts revoked under the following conditions:

Conditions of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel within fourteen days without giving any reason the cancellation of this contract.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, which is not carrier, have taken physical possession of the last goods.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we give you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than that offered by us which is an expensive type of standard delivery, and must be repaid immediately at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice is received through your cancellation of this contract with us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in which case you will be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods promptly and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to ... You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You need not pay for any diminished value of the goods, if the deterioration in value is due to any unnecessary natural, characteristics and malfunctioning of the goods

Premature termination of the right of withdrawal:
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are unsuitable for reasons of health or hygiene to be returned when they are unsealed after delivery.

1. How does the Online Contract work with us?
If you have found a product in our webshop that suits your needs, click on the button "Add to cart". The article is then added to your cart. If you are on the page with the detailed description of a product, you can specify the quantity of the item to be purchased already in the "Add to Cart" located to the left of the button.
Once you have added items to the cart, the products in the basket on the right side are in your "Shopping Cart" as appears below the title. By clicking on the button "Add to cart" go to shopping cart above. You can remove products from the cart or change the quantity. If you want to remove an item from the shopping cart, click on the icon to "Delete".

By pressing the button "checkout", you can initiate the ordering process in the shopping cart immediately.
After pressing the button "Checkout" a new page will open in which you can log in if you are already a customer or you can register as a new customer.

As a new customer click the "Register" button and enter your address information, as well as an email address and a password to be chosen by you. With the registration of e-mail address and password, you can order in the future, without having to type your address again. To proceed with your order, please place a check mark in the "Privacy" tab and press the "Send" button.

If you are already a registered customer, please enter your e-mail address and password in the boxes provided and press the "Login" button.

After you have registered either as a new customer or registered as a customer, you come to a page where you can specify the delivery options. The shipping address specified in your account address is standard delivery address. However, you have the option of clicking on the button "Change Address" to specify an alternative delivery address.

Now select your preferred shipping method and click on the "Next" button. This takes you to a new page. On this page you can use the button "change address" to specify an alternate billing address. As the billing address indicated in Customer's address there is bookmarked. Now you can specify the payment method and add notes to your order.

Furthermore, you can use our detailed return and our terms and conditions. Read the Conditions and the terms and conditions carefully and confirm hereafter the input fields "I have the right of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form noted" and "I accept your general terms and conditions" by placing a check mark in the appropriate input box . Only when you confirm that you have read the right of withdrawal, understood and agreed to the General Terms and Conditions, may you continue with the order.

By the clicking on the "Next" button, you will see a list of details of your order again.

Please check all the information carefully. You can change the shipping address, billing address, the shipping method, the method of payment and the products in the basket each have the text contained in brackets "edit" link if necessary, modify or correct. You can also modify the data entered during the order process on the "Back" function of your internet browser.

If all information is correct, click "Buy" to complete the entire order process.
We will confirm receipt of your order with us immediately by e-mail.

2. Storage of contract and access to the customer
We save your order details and send it to you in the confirmation of receipt by e-mail.

3. Errors
You can correct your entries at any time during the ordering process by using your browser marked with a left-pointing arrow "Back" button and then make the appropriate change. The desired number of items you can change by changing the cart in the "Number" the number. The changes are applied by clicking the button "Update". You can change the shipping address, billing address, and the products in the basket, where appropriate, change or correct, by clicking in the order summary, the "Edit" button in the relevant area. You can also modify the data entered during the order process on the "Back" function of your internet browser.
